At Hotel Centre Reus, we want to provide you with all the information you need to make your stay perfect. Here you will find answers to some of the most common questions our guests often ask. If you have any additional questions or need more details, do not hesitate to contact our customer service team, we are here to help!

CHECK-IN

Check-in starts at 3:00 p.m. on the day of your arrival. If you arrive earlier and your room is available, there will be no need to wait. Otherwise, we can store your luggage in our luggage room until check-in time.

Guests must present valid identification documents for all people staying at the hotel upon arrival at reception. The stay must also be paid for at check-in, unless it has been prepaid, and a valid credit card must be provided as a guarantee for the stay. The card will be verified (credit card pre-authorization), and if it is found to be invalid, the reservation may be cancelled. We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Diners Club, Maestro and Red 6000.

All personal information collected during the check-in process is protected under Data Protection Law (more information about GDPR 2016/679 can be found in the Welcome document provided upon arrival).

CHECK-OUT

Check-out must be done no later than 12:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

Any extra charges added to your room during your stay must be paid. If the guest does not stop by reception, these charges will be automatically charged to the credit card provided as a guarantee during check-in.

LATE CHECK-OUT

Service subject to hotel availability.
Payment for this service must be made at the time of request and once confirmed by the reception team.

Until 2:00 p.m., the price will be €18.
Until 6:00 p.m., the price will be €50.

Always subject to prior consultation and confirmation by the reception team.

PRE-BOOKING SERVICE

Booking procedure: you may make your reservation online, by phone, by e-mail and/or directly through the hotel reception. The use of these services implies full acceptance of all general terms and conditions, which are automatically incorporated into the contract you will sign upon arrival and about which you will have been informed during the pre-booking process.

Reservation confirmation: when using the service, you will receive a confirmation e-mail including the details of your reservation and some of the most important general conditions. This e-mail will serve as proof of your booking. The holder of the credit card used to make the reservation must correspond to the guest staying at the establishment. The credit card used for the reservation will be requested upon arrival in order to verify that the information provided is correct. The cardholder must be present at that moment.

Guarantee: your reservation will remain confirmed and guaranteed throughout the night by credit card. In the event of a no-show without prior notice, the full amount of the reservation, including VAT and taxes, will be charged.

Late cancellations: in the event of cancellation outside the established period, the amount corresponding to the first night of the reservation, including VAT and taxes, will be charged.

What is the tourist tax?
The tourist tax is a fee that many European cities have introduced in recent decades. This tax applies to each traveler and must be paid when staying at the hotel. Guests under the age of 16 are exempt from this tax, and it only applies for the first 7 nights of the stay.

Can I book a single room at this hotel?
Currently, Hotel Centre Reus only offers double rooms. For this reason, no special rate applies when only one person stays in the room. In this case, only the tourist tax and breakfast, if included, will be deducted, as breakfast is charged per person.

Does the hotel offer a laundry service for guests?
No, the hotel currently does not provide a laundry service for guests.

Do the rooms have bathtubs?
No. All rooms are equipped with walk-in showers. If you require shower caps, please request them directly at reception.

Does the hotel provide minibar service?
You will find a small fridge in your room, although it does not contain any products. On the first floor of the hotel, there is a vending machine available 24 hours a day.

Does the hotel have its own restaurant?
No. Therefore, half-board and full-board options are currently not available.

Can breakfast be added to the accommodation booking?
Yes. Breakfast can be added during the booking process or directly at the hotel once you are staying with us. The price is €14 per person per day.

What type of breakfast is currently served?
The hotel offers a buffet breakfast including coffee, teas, juices, pastries, bread, cold cuts, fresh seasonal fruit, cereals, and other assorted products. Hot dishes such as omelettes, scrambled eggs, bacon, and sausages are also available.

Is the hotel rooftop/chill-out terrace open?
Currently, access to the rooftop/chill-out terrace is exclusively through the 4 Latas restaurant, located on the same façade as the hotel at C/ de la Mar, 34. For information about opening hours and availability, please contact our staff.

Are discounts available for companies and groups?
Yes. For any inquiries regarding company or group bookings, please contact the hotel directly and our team will assist you personally.

Does the hotel offer luggage storage?
Yes. The luggage storage area is located at reception, and our staff will gladly assist you.

What is the machine located at the entrance for?
It is an automatic check-in machine mainly used when reception staff are not physically present. For more information, please contact the hotel directly.
