At Hotel Centre Reus, we want to provide you with all the information you need to make your stay perfect. Here you will find answers to some of the most common questions our guests often ask. If you have any additional questions or need more details, do not hesitate to contact our customer service team, we are here to help!

CHECK-IN

Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. on the day of your arrival. Before this time it is possible to deposit your luggage in our luggage room. Rooms will not be available before this time, however, depending on availability, the hotel will try to assign rooms before the already established check-in time if requested.

The customer must present at reception the identity documents of all guests who wish to stay at the hotel. Likewise, the stay must be paid at the time of Check-in unless it has been previously charged and a credit card must be presented as a deposit for the reservation. The card must be valid because it will be checked (pre-authorization of the card) and if it turns out to be invalid, the reservation will be canceled. We accept the following types of credit card: American Express, Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Diners Club, Maestro, Xarxa 6000.

All personal information collected at the time of Check-in is protected under the Data Protection Act (more information on RGPD 2016/679 in the Welcome provided at the entrance).

CHECK-OUT

Check-out must be done no later than 12.00 pm on the day of your departure. In case of delay in leaving the room, the hotel will charge the delayed check-out service (€20). If this delay exceeds 3:00 p.m., 50% of an extra night will be charged.

Any extra charges to your room during your stay must be paid. In the event that the customer does not go through reception, these extras will be charged to the credit card he left as a guarantee during his registration.

PRE-BOOKING SERVICE
  • Booking procedure: the reservation can be made online, by telephone, e-mail and/or directly with the hotel reception. The use of these services implies full acceptance of all general terms and conditions (automatically incorporated in the contract signed by the client at check-in and having been informed in advance during the pre-booking).
  • Confirmation of your reservation: when using the service the user will receive a confirmation e-mail which will include the information of your reservation and some of the most important general conditions. This e-mail will serve as proof of your reservation. The holder of the credit card used to make the reservation must correspond to the guest staying at the establishment. The credit card used for the reservation will be requested upon arrival to verify that the information provided is correct. The credit card holder must be present at this time.
  • Guarantee: the reservation is confirmed and guaranteed for the entire night by credit card. In case of no-show at the hotel without prior notice, the full amount of the reservation will be charged (VAT and taxes included).
  • Late cancellations: In case of late cancellations, the first night of the reservation will be charged (VAT and taxes included).

  • What is the tourist tax? The tourist tax is a tax that many European cities have introduced in recent decades. This tax is applied to each traveler. A tax that you will have to pay when you visit and stay in a hotel in one of these cities. The amount varies from 0.50 to 2.50 person/day, depending on the type of establishment and its location. Children under 16 years of age do not pay the tax. It is only payable for the first 7 nights.
  • Can I book single rooms at this hotel? At the moment we only have double rooms at the Hotel Centre and that is why no special rate is applied in case of single occupancy. In this case, we only deduct the tax and lunch, if included, which is charged per person.
  • Does the hotel have laundry service for guests? No.
  • Do the rooms have a bathtub? No. All rooms are equipped with shower. If you need shower caps, please contact the hotel reception.
  • Do you have a Minibar service? No. For the moment, due to COVID-19, the Minibar has been removed from the rooms. It continues to have its own refrigerator in each room.
  • Does this hotel have its own restaurant? No. That is why there are no half or full pensions at the moment.
  • Can breakfast be included in the accommodation reservation? Yes. Lunch is charged separately for a price of 14€/person.
  • What type of breakfast is served today? It is a continental type of lunch, i.e. it includes coffee and/or tea, water and/or juice, pastries such as muffins, muffins, croissants, toast/bread with assorted cold meats and fruit of the day.
  • Is the roof terrace/chill-out terrace of the hotel open? Nowadays the access to the terrace/chill-out is exclusively from the restaurant Cèntric, located in the same façade of the Hotel (C/del Mar 34). For more information about opening hours and opening times, please ask our staff.
  • Do you offer discounts for companies and groups? Yes, for any question of this type, please contact the hotel directly and our staff will attend you personally.
  • Can I make reservations by the hour at this hotel? No.
  • Does the hotel have a left-luggage office? Yes, it is located at the front desk. Our staff will help you with this issue.
  • What is the machine located at the entrance used for? It is an automatic check-in machine that is used mainly when there is no reception staff physically present. More information at AUTO CHECK-IN.
