Responsibility of the hotel
Access to the page does not in any case imply the existence of a commercial relationship between the user and the company. The portal only provides information on vacant hotel places at the time of requesting said information, so if you make the reservation online, you are contracting directly with the hotel and not with the portal. The printed version of the reservation made serves as a locator when you go to the hotel.
The reservation of hotel nights on this website implies the adhesion and acceptance by the customer of each and every one of the general conditions set out here.
By accepting the following clauses, you declare and agree:
1) Be of legal age and have full capacity to make the reservation, stating that you understand and understand all of the conditions found on the website.
2) That the information provided when making the online reservation is true, complete and concise.
3) Only those pages that appear in the web map are included in the web.
4) That access to this web page is the responsibility of the user.

9) That your card details are collected in order to guarantee the reservation. The payment of the same will be made in cash at the chosen Hotel and only in the case of cancellations or no-shows (no-shows), the reservation will be canceled and the charge set in the rate conditions.
10) The offers will only be valid during the time they remain accessible to the recipients of the service.
Prices
The prices indicated are Sale Prices to the Public I.V. A. included.
The price includes: Price per night depending on the type of room and regime selected, with the exception of hotels in which the inclusion of other services is specifically indicated…
The price does not include: Any unspecified service in addition to extras such as transfers, tips, phone calls, laundry services, minibar, parking, etc…
Check-in and check-out time: As a general rule and unless something else is expressly agreed with the establishment, the rooms can be used from 2 p.m. on the day of ‘arrival and must be free at 12 noon on the day of departure.
Passports and visas
All travelers, without exception (including children), must bring their personal and family documentation in order, be it passport or ID card, according to current legislation. It will be at their expense when such trips require the obtaining of visas, passports, vaccination certificates, etc. Those under the age of 18 must bring a written permission signed by their parents or guardians, in anticipation that the same may be requested by any authority. Case of being refused by some authority the granting of visas, for particular reasons of the user, or being denied entry to the country for lacking the required requirements, or for a defect in the required documentation, or for not being a carrier of this, the hotel declines all responsibility for facts of this nature, being on account of the consumer any expenses that arise, applying in these circumstances the conditions and rules established for the case of no-show.
