Cancellations or modifications made up to 24 hours before arrival will not incur any penalty. Reservations may be cancelled or modified until 11:59 a.m. on the day prior to arrival.
Group bookings will have special rates and conditions agreed in advance.

CANCELLATIONS ONCE CHECK-IN HAS BEEN COMPLETED
During the stay, the guest may cancel their reservation and leave earlier than planned, taking into account that there are previously informed cancellation clauses. If the reservation was made through a travel agency or a website other than the hotel’s own website, the guest must contact them directly and consult their policies. For non-refundable reservations, checks or vouchers, no refund will be issued; the penalty is 100%.
