CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made up to 24 hours before arrival will not be charged a penalty.

Cancellations made after 24 hours before arrival, the hotel will charge the full value of one night.

In case of no-show or early departure, the full value of the reservation will be charged.

Entry time: From 3:00 p.m

Departure time: Until 12.00 h

CANCELLATIONS ONCE CHECK-IN IS PROCESSED
During the accommodation period, the client can cancel their stay and leave earlier than expected, taking into account that there are previously informed cancellation clauses. If the reservation has been processed by a travel agency, you must contact them and consult their policies. For non-refundable reservations, checks or vouchers, there is no refund, the penalty is 100%.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR GROUPS
Free cancellations with 14 days’ notice prior to the arrival date.
If canceled between 14 and 7 days before the arrival date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
If canceled with less than 7 days’ notice before the arrival date or in case of no-show, no refund of the deposit will be made.
